TOI: Delhi rape victim as guilty as rapists: Asaram... I have never had too much respect etc for Asaram or these kinda "gurus", but seriously? This is what he thinks? That's why I say that it's not just stricter laws or punishments or security that will help situation, but improvement in outlook if society, the thinking out people that needs change here..
